Informations
- Le jardin d’enfants « Les Petits Soleils » accueille les enfants dès 24 mois.
Il est ouvert tous les matins de 8h00 à 12h00. - La finance annuelle d’inscription s’élève à Frs. 50.– par enfant et Frs. 50.– par famille pour la cotisation à l’association payable avec la première mensualité.
- Elle est payable 1 seule fois par famille s’il y a plusieurs enfants inscrits.
- Le 2eme enfant de la fratrie bénéficie d’une réduction de 10% sur l’écolage.
- L’écolage est payable mensuellement ou trimestriellement au plus tard 10 jours avant le mois en cours.
- L’année scolaire commence le 1er septembre et se termine le 30 juin. Les vacances correspondent au calendrier scolaire et ne sont pas déduites du prix de l’écolage.
- Les absences et vacances doivent être annoncées et ne peuvent être déduites du prix de l’écolage ni être remplacées.
- En cas de maladie, 50% de l’écolage sera remboursé dès la troisième semaine d’absence de l’enfant, sur présentation d’un certificat médical.
- Résiliation : Il est possible d’annuler une nouvelle inscription sans frais jusqu’au 30 avril (pour l’année scolaire commençant le 1er septembre). Passé ce délai, un mois d’écolage pour le nombre de matinées réservées sera dû au jardin d’enfants et payé avant le 31 août. Si un enfant quitte le jardin d’enfants en cours d’année ou s’il diminue ses jours de présence, les responsables doivent être averties 1 mois à l’avance par courrier et l’écolage sera dû pour deux mois.
- Les enfants doivent obligatoirement être assurés contre les accidents et couverts par une assurance R.C.
- Si les parents ne viennent pas eux-mêmes chercher leur/s enfant/s, ils sont priés d’avertir les éducatrices. Aucun enfant ne sera remis à une tierce personne si les responsables n’ont pas été averties.
- Chaque enfant apportera une paire de pantoufles facile à enfiler ou des chaussettes anti-dérapantes, et une couche-culotte si nécessaire.
Veuillez indiquer le nom de l’enfant sur les pantoufles et les vestes. Habillez et chaussez votre enfant de manière pratique (pas de ceinture, bretelles ou salopettes) afin de faciliter son autonomie (s’habiller, aller au WC, etc). - Chaque enfant amènera un fruit pour le goûter.
- Nous bénéficions de places d’urgence et il est possible de venir une/des demi-journées en plus, en s’annonçant si possible le jour d’avant, ou le matin même au

Une place d’urgence sera facturée CHF 52.- la demi journée. - Toute demande de réservation pour une place au jardin d’enfants sera facturée 30% de l’écolage le premier mois, 40% le deuxième mois et 50% le troisième mois.

- The Nursery School “Les Petits Soleils” admits children over the age of 24 months.
Every morning from 08.00 am to 12.00 pm - Annual fee for registration is Frs.50.00 per child and Frs. 50.00 per family for the subscription to the association payable with the first monthly payment.
- It is payable once per family if there are more than one registered child.
- The fee for the second child of a family, is reduced by 10%
- Tuition fee is payable monthly or quarterly not later than 10 days before the current month.
- Academic year starts on September 1st and ends on June 30th. Vacations correspond to the school calendar and are not deducted from the tuition fee.
- Absences and vacations must be declared and shall not be deducted from the tuition fee and can’t be replaced.
- In case of sickness, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded starting with the third week of the child’s absence, on presentation of a medical certificate.
- Termination: It is possible to cancel a new registration without charges up until April 30th (for academic year starting from September 1s). Beyond this period, one month of tuition fee for the number of reserved mornings will be payable to the Nursery School and paid before August 31st. If a child leaves the Nursery School during the academic year or if the number of days of attendance is reduced, the person in charge must be informed one month in advance by letter and a tuition fee of two months will be charged.
- It is mandatory for all children to be insured against accidents and covered by a third party insurance.
- If the chil(ren) are to be picked up by a person other than one of his/her parents, they are requested to inform the teacher of the Nursery School. No child will be handed over to a third person without prior notification given by a parent to the teacher.
- Every child will bring a pair of easy to put on slippers or anti-skid socks and diapers, if necessary. Please write the child’s name on slippers and jackets. Dress your child with comfortable clothes and footwear (no belt or overalls) to facilitate his self-reliance (to dress up, to go to WC, etc).
- Each child will bring fruit for their snack.
- We offer an emergency service and it is possible for children to attend nursery school one additional half day. Please call one of the following numbers to inform us of your need the morning itself or if possible the day before. This service will be invoiced CHF 52.00 per half day.
